Empowering Craftsmen to express themselves through design
What makes Realtree Design and Build different?
Not only are we builders but we understand the design process and are passionate about it. We bridge the gap between design and build. Whether it is a small piece of custom cabinetry, a new kitchen or a full house renovation, we will work with you and your budget to bring your dreams to reality.
The Farm House - The original architect performed a beautiful job of capturing natural light with correct orientation. Unfortunately later renovations had left this home tired and masked the original concept for this home. We focused on capturing the original beauty and made features such as beautiful French doors that open up the entire northern aspect of the house on to the renovated pool area. There is nothing quite like a gorgeous spring day on this property with the doors open and the breeze flowing in.
Mobilia is a family-owned Australian company that offers high-end furniture, lighting and design objects. Their new showroom in Melbourne is housed in a Green Star-accredited building on bustling Church Street. The interiors have gallery like spaces to celebrate each brand's unique personality. Unrivalled attention to detail reflects the calibre of the collections and Mobilia's ongoing commitment to furthering a culture of design in Australia.
This quaint 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom cottage set on beautiful acreage curated with an incredible rose garden. To restore the beauty and bring attention to the cottage style, our client wanted a light bright and airy feel.
One of the oldest terrace houses in South Melbourne, built in the 1885. We have found with heritage listed sites, architects and designers will generally contrast modern with the heritage facade. But our client wanted to highlight the beauty of yesteryear. Overall the restoration of this beautiful terrace house provides a calming sanctuary to the hustle and bustle of Melbourne city.
This tiny home is currently nestled in the backyard of a standard suburban home in the south east suburbs of Melbourne, amongst the veggie gardens, chickens and bee hive, showing the vast potential for this new way of living. Today every one is looking for ways to live more intentionally and purposefully, and a tiny home provides the perfect way to fulfil those needs, whilst not breaking the bank.
In 1854, the Swallow and Arriell Biscuit Factory was built in Port Melbourne. After many years of making biscuits, it was time for a new purpose and was renovated into apartments. The bright inviting spaces of the contemporary loft style apartment retain the history of the past with the comfort of the present. The factory ceilings and polished concrete floors bring an industrial edge to the room.
