About us
We like to keep our projects to a minimum in order to develop relationships with our clients and bring their dreams to realities. By not focusing on multiple projects at the same time, this enables us to focus on our clients and help them through the process of design and build with practical conversations and advice. By using this methodology, many clients have used our services for multiple projects. This has enabled us to build many dream homes for the same families as they grow and change. We treasure these relationships we have built with our clients and we believe the build process should not be overwhelming, but rather an enjoyable journey.
As craftsmen we have a deep understanding of our art, and are passionate about our skills and how they relate to everyday life. Currently in this modern age, craftsmen are not encouraged to express themselves through design in general everyday building. We encourage our trades to be involved with every step of the process in our projects, including design. We have found this gives us an inspired workforce that has passion for your project.

I have always lived by the philosophy that it is more fun building the tree house than playing in it. I have a passion for building and design, both large and small projects. I enjoy helping people to love the experience of building their dream home, or maybe even just a dream project.
I offer a loyal work history with a large range of quality skills in the building industry, specialising and qualified in all aspects of carpentry, joinery, shop fitting and cabinet making. With over 20 years of work experience I have trained multiple apprentices to complete their trade and have managed and held licence on multiple projects throughout Australia.
I hold the only Australian Master certificate in Joinery issued by the London Livery Company - The Worshipful Company of Joiners and Ceilers. This combined with managerial positions has equiped me to handle complex building projects that require attention to detail and an inspired work force.
Over the years I have always strived to continue to educate myself and keep up to date with the current trends and sustainability options available.

After many years of working in the offices of construction based companies I decided to join Glenn on the tools in 2016. I have always had an interest and a love for construction and was happy to finally be able to get my hands dirty. As we started to take on bigger and bigger projects I found myself back on the computer, happily though still on site. I have since overseen projects and that lead to dipping my toes in the design aspect. Now having completed my Diploma of Interior Design I throughly enjoy the design process of each build.
I love being part of the project from start to finish and being involved in every aspect. The best part of the whole job is seeing the clients face when they see their project come to life and knowing they will make memories in their homes for many years to come. From the beginning I love to see the reasons behind why our clients like certain design aspects and how that will affect their lives. Then I can embellish on that and bring their thoughts into realities. The bridge between design and construction has always been a hard one to interpret. But with a background in both it is now easier to translate the design concepts into plausible construction methods.
